Effective date: 1 March 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how Intarmour di Simone Nogara (“Intarmour”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website intarmour.com (“Website”). This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which provides comprehensive information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

This Policy is issued in compliance with the EU ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC), its Italian transposition under the Privacy Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003, as amended), and the guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) on 10 June 2021.

As a cybersecurity firm, we practise the same principles of data minimization and privacy-by-design that we advocate for our clients. Our approach to cookies and tracking technologies is deliberately minimal and privacy-respecting.

Advertising and remarketing cookies: We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing tags, conversion tracking pixels, or programmatic advertising technologies. Your visit to our Website will never result in targeted advertisements on other websites.

Social media cookies: We do not embed social media widgets, share buttons, or login integrations that place third-party cookies on your device.

The legal basis for our use of essential cookies is the exemption provided by Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, as transposed into Italian law by Article 122 of the Privacy Code. Consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary for the provision of an information society service explicitly requested by the user.

Analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager, HubSpot) are placed on your device only after you provide prior, informed, specific, and freely given consent via our cookie banner, in full compliance with the Garante's guidelines, the ePrivacy Directive, and the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing the cookie_consent cookie from your browser.

6. How to Manage Cookies

Although our cookies are essential and do not require consent, you retain the ability to control cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to view, delete, block, or configure cookies.

Please note: Blocking essential cookies may impair the normal functionality of the Website, including session management and cookie preference storage.

Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data. You can view, delete, or block cookies and configure Chrome to clear cookies on exit.

Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data. Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection blocks known third-party tracking cookies by default.

Apple Safari: Safari > Settings > Privacy. Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention restricts cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage website data and block cookies from this menu.

Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data. Edge offers tracking prevention at Basic, Balanced, and Strict levels.

7. Third-Party Services

With your consent, our Website loads scripts from Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) and HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.). These services may set their own cookies and process data according to their respective privacy policies. Without consent, no third-party scripts are loaded.

If we introduce any new third-party services that place cookies on your device, we will update this Policy accordingly and obtain your consent before such cookies are placed.

8. Changes & Contact

We will update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or applicable legislation. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective date” above. Where changes require your consent under applicable law, we will obtain that consent before implementing the changes.
